Paul Keeler

Paul Keeler is the President of Keeler Hospitality Group and the owner of Portland Prime. He has 35+ years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry. After a long career with Hilton Hotels Corp. he seized the opportunity to own and operate a restaurant in Portland, Oregon where restaurants focusing on culinary creativity and local products, personalized and professional service in a great atmosphere are appreciated by a well-educated guest population. Keeler and his team make it their goal on a daily basis to exceed their guests' escalating expectations.

Frank Taylor

Frank Taylor is the Director of Operations and currently provides the operational leadership on a daily basis at Portland Prime. Taylor has an extensive background in both hotel food and beverage operations as well as a storied career in restaurant operations and ownership. His career has taken him all over the country operating best of class restaurants and hotel food and beverage operations in Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Michigan before relocating to Oregon.
